Rachael and Robin's Country Wedding

Rachael has graciously shared pictures from her recent country themed wedding!

The bridesmaids bouquets and boutonnieres featured turquoise, yellow, tan, and white burlap roses, with lace, rhinestones, pearls, and feathers. 

I love the western themed wedding and the pictures that Racheal has shared with us!

The Hawthorne Wedding

A few pictures from the Hawthorne Wedding! It was a beautiful afternoon for an outdoor wedding and I couldn't help taking pictures beforehand as the horses grazed in the background! 

 Is she not the most precious thing ever?!? That look of awe in her face is priceless!

Rustic Burlap Wedding Bouquets

This spring has been full of love, life, and wedding planning for many brides-to-be! 

I am happy to help create burlap and lace wedding bouquets and boutonnieres for the many couples planning the big day! Turquoise and navy burlap bouquets have once again been the most popular options, although a few new color combinations have been requested recently. 

Turquoise Burlap Bridal Bouquet

Some brides are choosing to carry a smaller bouquet for themselves - in this case, the bride was carrying the medium size bouquet.

The following arrangements were part of a large custom order. The particular day I was working on them, I had a case of spring fever! I told myself I couldn't go outside and work in the yard till the order was finished, so I was happy to get them photographed before sunset and have a little outside time.

 This was a new color combination! Lavender and hunter green for the bridal bouquet, with all the bridesmaids and boutonnieres with just the green, tan, and white burlap roses.

The bride's attendants are carrying hunter green burlap bouquets, while the bridal bouquet has the addition of lavender roses. 

 Now this order had a LOT of boutonnieres! I've had several customers coming back and ordering extra bouts, because they forgot someone in the wedding party. I created a check list to help you determine who all needs a boutonniere in your wedding, that can be found here.

Confession: I forgot to make a boutonniere for my own wedding, so no judging if you need to come back and order more! I'm here to help YOU!

 Burlap and Cotton...perfect for a rustic country wedding!

 This set of turquoise bridesmaid flowers went along with all the boutonnieres and the cotton bridal bouquet.

 Small wristlet corsages for the flower girls to wear - for the young children, I can use a velcro wrist band that takes up smaller, while adult size wristlets come on a pearl style bracelet / band.

Rustic turquoise and coral  bouquets - small, medium, and bridal size arrangements.

Cake Flowers! Several wedding planners have ask for flowers for the cake. This was a set of assorted turquoise flowers.

This order had maroon and butter yellow cake flowers, boutonnieres, and a toss bouquet. 

This was a 6 inch cake topper - displayed on a little pedestal, since I don't have wedding cake ;)

Lavender burlap and lace bride's bouquet

 This was another new color combination! Charcoal / dark grey, turquoise and white toss bouquet and boutonniere. Several weddings this spring have been elopements and wanted smaller bouquets to slip in the luggage and skip out of town! I've also had several last minute request and rush orders this spring and I always try my best to be accommodating. If you're in a hurry, please don't hesitate to ask!

 I did have a little oops moment and accidentally made the wrong size on one item in - I did catch it before I ever sent pictures to the bride and remade the correct arrangements for her. Although that left me with a bridal and toss bouquet and groom's boutonniere that are  made and ready to ship. I had used up the last of a cut of vintage ivory lace on this set, so I had to start completely over and remake all three pieces for the order. You can find this set in my etsy shop. If you need additional pieces, I can make them with a similar lace.

The Hardesty's Western Montana Wedding

Meet Mr. and Mrs. Hardesty and see some gorgeous pictures from their rustic and western Montana wedding! Jessica has been a wonderful bride to work with as I created turquoise burlap wedding bouquets, boutonnieres, and centerpieces for their wedding and she graciously shared pictures with me! 

The bride carried a turquoise burlap bouquet with added rhinestones and pearls, while the groom had a two rose boutonniere.

 Jessica ask if I could create centerpieces for their wedding, so I made hand tied bouquets that they could slip in an assortment of different style bottles and jars.

 We also created burlap flowers for them to decorate the cake with.

Rustic and Vintage Burlap and Lace Wedding Bouquets

It's been a while since I've shared pictures of all the custom burlap and lace wedding bouquets I've been making this spring, so I thought I would share some today. Burlap bouquets are available in about 44 colors of burlap (new colors added upon request and availability) and can include customization including lace color, pearls, brooches, feathers, lace flowers, sunflowers, wheat, shotgun shells, etc. Navy has been the most popular wedding color so far this year, followed by turquoise, although there have been some new color combinations lately.

Custom wedding package  - Navy burlap bridal bouquet, bridesmaids bouquets with tan and white burlap roses, white tulle flowers (Tulle cut from a vintage wedding dress) and lace, navy burlap boutonnieres. 

Burlap centerpieces in navy, grey, tan, and white - the bride to be is going to place the bouquets in her own containers.  Marbles or stones can help anchor the bouquets in Mason jars, vases, or other containers.  

A new color and style combination with navy, burnt orange, white, and tan burlap roses, white lace, bleached white peacock feathers, and vintage brooches.

Another new color combo for this keepsake bridal bouquet - wine, royal blue, blush pink, and white burlap flowers, white lace, and rhinestones and pearls.  I believe this bride is allergic to fresh flowers, so that is why they chose the fabric flowers instead.

As a bonus tip - display this bouquet in a vase, mason jar, or other pretty container on your registry table for the wedding, just don't forget to take it to your reception to toss to the next bride to be. This way, you get dual use out of a bouquet.

Many times the mothers of the bride and groom get neutral colored wristlet corsages. These come on a pearl style bracelet / wrist band and have roses, tulle, lace, pearls, and a bow. Often times the mothers dresses either do not match the wedding party or they haven't found a dress for the wedding, when they order the flowers. (That was the case with this corsage, with just a few weeks till wedding time.) 

Sunflowers and burlap roses! Over the years, this has been a popular bouquet, although the original version had some wispy grass in it, which I can no longer get (I've looked for 2+ years). When this bride to be inquired about the bouquet and I told her I could do something similar without the grass, she replied "what about using dried wheat instead?" And we both love how it turned out! So going forward this bouquet can have dried wheat or wispy feathers in it, along with the burlap roses, sunflowers, pheasant feathers, lace, pearls, pussy willow branches, and assorted foliage. It is definitely a favorite choice and perfect for summer and fall weddings!
