How to place a custom wedding order with my etsy shop.
If you would like to place an order for burlap and lace wedding bouquets or want more info, please contact me through my etsy shop. This is called "Convo" or you can "request a custom item".
Convo is a place were we will interact and have a conversation about your order. This is where we will work out the details of your order and were I will send pictures of your items for you to see. If you have the etsy app on your phone or iPad, you will get a notification when a new convo comes in. Also, sign up to have etsy convos sent to your email inbox. This is a running conversation that I can refer to to see exactly what you want.
Please let me know the colors, sizes, and quantity of bouquets you would like to order. It also helps if you will let me know when your wedding is going to be, so I'll know if I can meet your deadline. Also helpful is what state I will be shipping to. West Coast orders can take 9-10 day to receieve sometimes.
I have several colors of burlap available. If you don't see your colors, please ask. I may have it in stock or can order it. Ribbon or tulle can be used to incorporate your colors, if they are not available in burlap. I have white or ivory lace in stock at all times.
UPDATED DECEMBER 2016 - This is a color chart of current burlap colors in stock. Some colors are limited availability or discontinued. These are marked with an *. Please note, colors can vary between monitors and between bolts of fabric. Example - All 3 red burlap samples that are shown, were all sold as red, but you can see the differences.
After we work out details, I will create a "Custom Listing" for you. You will then be sent a link to your personalized listing for you to purchase.
Payment is due at this time. I accept PayPal or credit and debit cards, as well as etsy gift cards. Etsy processes the credit cards securely and I never see any of your personal financial information. All I see is your name, the address your order will be shipped to, and email address. PayPal financing is also available.
After you pay, I will start working on your order. Due to demand, sometimes the wait list can be several weeks. Payment secures your place in line, as I try to finish orders in the order in which they were placed. I will keep you updated when I am starting your order and then will send you multiple pictures of all your items.
After you approve of your order, I will ship your bouquets to you. If you would like to make any changes or see more pictures, feel free to ask and I will accommodate your wishes. For all custom orders, I will wait for your approval before shipping. I want to be completely satisfied with your wedding flowers.
There are some "ready to ship" items listed in my shop that are available for immediate delivery. These items are usually shipped next business day after purchased. These items are specified in the listings that they are ready to ship.
Shipping is completed with USPS. When I print the shipping label for your order, you will get a notification and/or email from etsy, with tracking information. Sometimes the boxes can be large or oversized and require picking up at your local post office. The time frame for receiving your order after it is shipped averages 2-9 days.
I try my best to answer all questions in a timely matter. If I'm on the road driving or working at the farm, there can be a slight delay in responding. I try my best not to text and drive! Occasionally there has been a glitch in the convo function through etsy. You may also contact me through email ( there's a link on the sidebar.)
I hope this helps explain how to place an order. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
I'm looking forward to working with you to create your dream wedding bouquets and hope to hear from you soon!
