Sneak Peek at Breanne's Wedding Pictures

Breanne has been a great customer to work with and she shared a few gorgeous sneak peek pictures from her recent rustic wedding. Her wedding colors were Bahama Turquoise, tan, brown and white burlap with just a few hints of deep plum.

You might remember me sharing this picture with all the flower balls last year and telling you that the bride's family was building a pergola to hang them from.

Well, here it is! So unique and different for an arch and backdrop for the wedding ceremony.
Ahh, someone finally shares a picture with cake flowers for me! I often make burlap cake flowers to coordinate with all the wedding bouquets, but I never have a cake to display them on to photograph. Now I want a piece of this beautiful cake! Yum!
Thank you for letting me be a part of your special day! I look forward to seeing more of your pictures! I send my congrats and best wishes to you and your new husband!

New, Ready to Ship Rustic Wedding Bouquets

I've been working on several new, ready to ship, rustic bridal bouquets this week. I've added them to my shop this afternoon!

I had a customer inquire about a turquoise and coral burlap, lace, and brooch bouquet and was inspired to create this one. I have made a similar one, without the coral, but decided since the colors are popular wedding colors and I had some coral brooches and lace on hand, I would make one.

With fall approaching (can it hurry and cool off,) I am always inspired to create the sunflower and burlap bouquets for fall weddings. This is a variation of my popular sunflower, burlap rose, and pheasant feather bouquet. One of the foliage a in the other bouquet, from a few season back, has been discontinued, so I found a type of wheat grass to make a substitution for the wispy grass. I hope you will like it just as much as the previous version.

Denim and lace! Denim hydrangea blooms are nestled among creamy burlap roses and assorted lace, doilies, and pearls.

Another sunflower bouquet with tan and brown burlap roses and white lace. Pearls accent the roses and a pearl garland wraps the handle of the bouquet holder.

Fall is my favorite season and I love all the colors and rich textures of autumn! Sunflowers, burlap roses, dried yarrow and babies breath, feathers, berries, leaves, and vintage ivory lace and pearls create this bouquet. The first picture has it displayed in a mason jar. For your wedding reception, you can display the bouquet on your bridal table in a similar jar or vase.

All of these bouquets are currently available and ready to ship. If you need coordinating bouquets for bridesmaids, boutonnieres for the guys or corsages for mother, grandmothers, etc. please let me know and I can create a custom listing for you.

I'm looking forward to helping you!

Preston and Charlene's Western Wedding

I recently had the pleasure of designing burlap bouquets and boutonnieres for Preston and Charlene's Western Wedding! Her photographer, Stacey Hansen, shared pictures with me last week and let me tell you, they are gorgeous! The bride is stunning and scenery is spectacular in Northern Utah at the American West Heritage Center

Charlene's colors were David's Bridal "Pool" and after sending her fabric samples, she decided my "Jade" burlap was the best match for her. The jade is more of a light turquoise / aqua blue color. Her bridal bouquet had tan and jade burlap roses, sola flowers and lace, while the bridesmaids bouquets were more neutral colored to stand out against the pool blue dresses.

For my local customers and friends - this wreath can be displayed on an easel and delivered to the local funeral homes or churches. The family can take this wreath home after the service and have a keepsake memorial to keep. Please message me to confirm details, card message and appropriate delivery times. Even if they are not listed in my online shop, I try to keep a few grapevine wreaths made up all the time for local customers and delivery, so don't be afraid to ask, if you need a sympathy tribute.

Shanda's Boots and Bouquets

Shanda recently sent me a few pictures from her recent Nebraska wedding. I love getting to see some of the gorgeous brides who order from me and feature their pictures here!

Shanda chose a turquoise burlap bridal bouquet, while each of the bridesmaids had a different color bouquet and coordinating necklace. Of course, I love the western boots and bouquet pictures she shared as well!

Look at those gorgeous boots!
The bridesmaids all had a base bouquet of tan, brown and white burlap roses. Each one was wearing a chunky stone necklace and had either yellow, red, purple, or green roses to match their jewelry. As we discussed the shade of green burlap for one of the bouquets, I remember her saying the bridesmaid loved John Deere, so something close to John Deere green would be great for her!

Thank you Shanda for sharing pictures from your wedding and letting me be a part of your special day! Sending my congratulations and best wishes for you and your new husband!

Western Pillow Covers for the National Hereford Women

The month of June, I spent a lot of time at my sewing machine, working on western pillow covers for the National Hereford Women. One of their board members is a local friend and food blogger at The Ranch Kitchen and she coordinated the order for the Hereford ladies. They have a booth at the Jr National Hereford show in Madison, Wisconsin and some of my pillows will be a part of their product line up!

I finished up the pillows last week and was excited with how they all turned out! This first print is called "Sagebrush" and features Hereford cattle being herded by Cowboys and working cow dogs.
I love this "Home on the Range patch" print and it's a great fit with the vintage emblems and Hereford Steakhouse. I know they like  #CertifiedHerefordBeef

Cowboys and Cactus ~ This is a vintage ranch rodeo / western style scene.
We found this antique metal bed frame at a sale last week and Angea and I just had to have it for our fall market displays! Since I was driving the truck that day, it wound up coming home with me. I wanted to photograph the pillows, before I delivered them to Mrs. Alise and and decided to set the bed up in the pasture for my photo shoot.
I made a few extra pillow covers for her to choose from, so now there are a few of these pillows available in my etsy shop. The three vintage cowboy prints (below) are all discontinued - so grab them up now, while they are still available! I can make more of the other styles, just not these three red, white and blue ones.
All of the pillow covers fit an 18 inch, square pillow form (not included) and have burlap back, with an envelope style closure.

Home on the range... Long live Cowboys...

A special thank you to the National Hereford Women and Mrs. Alise for ordering the pillow covers from me! I appreciate your support for my small handmade in the USA shop and the opportunity to serve you. Looking forward to a continued partnership with your great organization!
